How does the 15-day trial work?
Every new workspace starts with a 15-day trial of a paid plan. The trial activates when you add a card (we bill through Razorpay), and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your card is charged for the plan you picked. If a payment fails, you get a grace period with email reminders before anything is paused — your consent records are never deleted.
Can I change plans later?
Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades are scheduled and take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you paid for.
What currency do you bill in?
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), billed through Razorpay. Yearly billing costs ten months — two months free.
Is Cookie Gate an IAB-certified CMP?
Cookie Gate ships a TCF v2.2-compatible API that activates with a registered IAB CMP ID. Formal IAB CMP registration is on our roadmap; if TCF is a hard requirement for your ad stack, talk to us first.
Do I need a developer to install it?
Only for the thirty seconds it takes to paste one script tag into your <head>. Everything else — scanning, classification, banner design, regulation behaviour — happens in the dashboard.
